Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) and Industrial Training Centers are postsecondary institutions in India that are operated by the Directorate General of Training (DGT) within the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship of the Union Government (ITC). These institutions are built to equip students for employment across a range of industries.
The Directorate General of Training originally launched the Craftsmen Training Scheme in 1950. (DGT). The preparation times range from six months to two years for more than 130 distinct claims to fame. The requirements range from a passing grade in the ninth to the twelfth class for the courses.
How to Apply for TS ITI Admission Form 2022?
- Anyone interested in applying must first visit the website of the Directorate of Employment and Training, Tamil Nadu, and complete the necessary paperwork.
- Candidates should be required to accurately complete the application form with all pertinent information, including personal, educational, communication, and other details.
- They must send a scanned copy of their passport-sized photo of themselves in addition to their signature in the suggested format.
- Once candidates have completely and accurately filled out the application form, they should be required to submit it. They should also be required to save a copy of the form for their records.
Eligibility Criteria for TS ITI Admition 2022
- Candidates must ensure they satisfy the qualifying conditions prior to filling out the application and applying for the position. The details of the eligibility conditions are given below.
- It is a requirement that the applicant be an Indian national.
- Candidates must have finished and passed the tenth-grade exam offered by the Telangana State Board of Secondary Education or another exam recognised as an equivalent, such as one offered by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the Indian Council of Secondary Education (ICSE), the Telangana Open School Society (TOSS), or the National Institute of Open Schools (NIOS).The class 10th exams in India are administered by the AP Open School Society (APOSS) assessments and a number of state boards of secondary education.
- Assume that not enough students pass or fail the test for the 10th grade. If so, candidates who have previously passed the eighth-grade exam are eligible to apply for a number of trades, including Painter General, Wireman, Carpenter, Mason (Building Constructor), Sheet Metal Worker, and Welder.
- In order to be considered, the candidate must be at least 14 years old in the year they would be accepted.

- There is no assurance that candidates will be approved just because they submitted an application. They are not admitted until every criteria has been properly satisfied.
- For participation in any programmes provided by any government-run or privately-run ITI, one application is sufficient.
- Candidates must carefully read the directions and requirements before starting to fill out the application form.
- After the admission process, no request to swap the ITI/Trade will be accepted for consideration or accreditation.
- No request to switch the ITI/Trade will be considered for consideration or accreditation after the admissions process.
- It is sufficient to submit the online application form; submitting the physical form is not necessary.
- The applicants must obtain all original papers and acknowledgment receipts from the person doing the paper verification when the verification is complete.
